Consultation on extension of pool betting to other sports under Section 1(a) (ii) of the Horserace Totalisator and Betting Levy Boards Act 1972

This consultation document seeks views on a proposal to extend the Tote’s powers to allow it to operate pool betting activities on sports other than horseracing and greyhound racing.
The consultation also seeks views on the draft Impact Assessment included at Annex A.
