The Gambling Appeals Tribunal Draft Rules 2006

This is a Department for Constitutional Affairs consultation document and seeks views on the Gambling Appeals Tribunal draft Rules 2006.

The Lord Chancellor is empowered to make Rules in respect of the conduct of proceedings before the Gambling Appeals Tribunal in accordance with section 146 and Schedule 8 of the Gambling Act 2005. The Tribunal extends to England and Wales, and Scotland.

This consultation has now ended. The consultation period was 11 September - 16 October 2006.
