Regulatory Impact Assessments for the National Lottery Bill (revised)
The following Regulatory Impact Assessments (RIA) are for the National Lottery Bill. They provide information on the purpose and intended effect of the National Lottery Bill, and the options available to achieve those objectives. They also include estimates for likely costs to industry and other persons.
The National Lottery Bill RIAs were updated in December 2005. As a result of the enactment of the Gambling Act 2005 the RIA concerning Machinery of Regulation is no longer required and has been removed.
