The Licensing Act 2003 (Welsh Language Forms) Order 2007
An order prescribing Welsh versions of the English forms came into force on 6 April 2007. The regulations allow Welsh licensing authorities to choose whether to accept Welsh versions of the forms in order to meet their commitments under the Welsh Language Act.
