Are the Pot 1 and Pot 2 revenue grants to be spread over the two years, or is it per annum?
Funding is only up until financial year 2010/11. What happens after that?
How were the allocations to each local authority calculated?
Will Government review the basis of the funding allocations?
What about funding that was left unallocated after not all local authorities in England had chosen to take up the scheme?
If a local authority has unallocated funds from either a pot 1 or a pot 2 allocation, can these be ploughed back into funding the other age group?
Pots 3 and 4 are capital pots. For what will local authorities who receive this funding be able to use the funds?
